EZZYWELL is a technology marketplace only and does not own, employ, operate, manage, supervise, or control independent wellness providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent provider is solely responsible for the products and services they offer.

2. Eligibility

You may use EZZYWELL only if you:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority under applicable law.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors using their accounts where permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

5. User Responsibilities

  • Treat providers respectfully.
  • Follow provider instructions where appropriate.

Users are responsible for reviewing the qualifications, pricing, cancellation policies, and service descriptions of each independent provider before booking.

6. Wellness Provider Responsibilities

Independent wellness providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services rendered.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Certifications.
  • Licenses and permits.
  • Health and safety practices.
  • Pricing.
  • Availability.
  • Customer service.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that all information published on EZZYWELL is accurate and up to date.

7. Appointments, Bookings and Payments

Appointments may be booked through EZZYWELL.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

For eligible services:

  1. Customers submit a booking request.
  2. Payment is completed through the platform.
  3. Payment may be temporarily held by EZZYTech IT Solutions.
  4. The provider performs the booked service.
  5. The customer confirms completion where applicable.
  6. Payment is released to the provider, less applicable platform fees.

Certain services may have additional payment procedures described in their specific policies.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation eligibility may depend on:

  • The provider’s cancellation policy.
  • Time before the appointment.
  • Whether services have already commenced.
  • Applicable law.

Users should review cancellation policies before booking.

EZZYWELL is not a hospital, medical clinic, healthcare provider, or emergency medical service.

10. Reviews and Ratings

EZZYWELL, Ezzy.ph, and EZZYTech IT Solutions do not own, employ, supervise, manage, or control independent wellness providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services provided.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Licenses.
  • Certifications.
  • Customer care.
  • Pricing.
  • Safety standards.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

EZZYWELL facilitates provider discovery, appointment scheduling, communication, and payment processing but is not a party to the agreement between customers and independent providers except where expressly stated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZZYTech IT Solutions, Ezzy.ph, EZZYWELL, their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Wellness services provided by independent providers.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Appointment cancellations.
  • Professional advice.
  • Injuries or allergic reactions resulting from services provided by independent providers.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

EZZYWELL reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts where a user:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Engages in unlawful conduct.
  • Commits fraud.
  • Endangers other users or providers.
  • Compromises platform security.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
