EZZYWELL is a technology marketplace only and does not own, employ, operate, manage, supervise, or control independent wellness providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent provider is solely responsible for the services they offer.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use EZZYWELL only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights, safety, privacy, and experience of other users and providers.

Users may use EZZYWELL to:

  • Book appointments.

  • Availability.
  • Customer service.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYWELL remains accurate, complete, and current.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings only if they are based on genuine experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings or rankings.
  • Exchange compensation for fake reviews.
  • Harass providers or users through reviews.
  • Publish defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive comments.

EZZYWELL reserves the right to remove reviews or ratings that violate this Policy or applicable law.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Professional qualifications.
  • Certifications.
  • Licenses and permits.
  • Pricing.
  • Availability.
  • Health and safety practices.
  • Customer care.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations.

EZZYWELL facilitates provider discovery, appointment scheduling, communications, and payment processing but is not a party to the agreement between customers and independent providers except where expressly stated.

10. Enforcement

If a user violates this Policy, EZZYWELL may, at its sole discretion and where appropriate:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Remove or restrict access to content.
  • Cancel or restrict appointments.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
  • Remove provider listings.
  • Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • Take legal action where permitted by law.

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or the public.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZZYTech IT Solutions, Ezzy.ph, EZZYWELL, their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Wellness services provided by independent providers.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Appointment cancellations.
  • Professional recommendations.
  • Allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services performed by independent providers.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

EZZYWELL may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on EZZYWELL.
